What does a Eurythmist do? In eurythmy, we phenomenologically apply an artistic understanding of our bodies through gesture and geometrical spacial movements to poetry, dramatic-text, classical and modern-classical music. Through weaving spirit and matter we create performances that are living works of art.
Why take a class? Doing artistic eurythmy regularly harmonises, balances and restores a sense of well-being and general physical and emotional health. Eurythmy as a practice develops confidence, self-worth, inner strength and resilience in our day to day life as well as our own artistic practice or profession.
